Co. Longford Adult Educational Guidance Service
is an inter-agency initiative funded by the Department
of Education and Science through Co. Longford VEC.
This “First Step” service offers a comprehensive,
professional guidance service to the returning adult
learner. This free and confidential service offers
educational and career guidance on a one-to-one
and group basis.
The service is located at 6 Keon’s Terrace,
Longford and is open Monday – Thursday 9.30
to 5.00pm, Friday 9.30 to 4.00pm.

are considering returning to or continuing

are having difficulty in finding or keeping
employment due to lack of appropriate skills
and educational qualifications.
